Then, we plan and propose the project, find and legally secure the land in the desired location for construction, and begin work on the construction after payment.

Payments are made according to the client’s needs and are usually divided into stages based on the speed of progress of the work – for example: 1st stage of construction: pouring the foundation, 2nd stage: walls and roof covering, 3rd stage: terrain adjustments (including the water supply system), 4th stage: finishing works. Of course, no construction is complete without property management services (with subsequent annual maintenance). We also provide marketing services tailored to the individual needs of each client’s project.

Our team will assist you with all aspects of building an investment villa in Bali. The process is very simple. We will discuss all project details with the client and answer all of your questions. Then, we will develop a project plan that will satisfy your needs and ensure you are happy with every step of the process. Land acquisition

Securing land is a crucial part of our business. Thanks to our long-standing contacts and knowledge, we always have access to the best lands in Canggu, such as Padang Linjong. Our team works with local brokers to select the most suitable land. We ensure that the land has all the necessary permits for construction and is not affected by any unexpected factors.

Legal services

We will guide you through the entire purchase process, from initial discussions of your requirements to the final closing of the deal. We take care of all legal procedures to ensure everything complies with local regulations. Licences and necessary documents for business operations are handled with the involvement of notaries who are qualified to perform these types of transactions.

Company formation

We recommend that foreign investors choose a PT PMA or Penanaman Modal Asing company for doing business in Indonesia. Foreigners who want to invest in Indonesia can establish a company with legal personality that can be fully owned by a foreigner. The maximum number of foreign owners is determined by the business sector and entrepreneurial activities that meet the requirements of the Investment Coordinating Board or BKPM. We will guide you through the entire process and help with everything.

Design

We offer complete services in the field of project design, feasibility studies, planning and project management, construction documentation, and construction management. Our strength lies in project design, and we are happy to develop your project to meet all your needs and requirements.

Villa management

Villa management is not an easy task and we are here to help you with our expertise. We will train the staff that will ensure smooth operation of your villa and thus the comfort of your guests (people responsible for daily maintenance of the villa and pool, chef, gardener, manager, masseurs, etc.). We have high standards and are happy to take care of the operation of your villa if there is interest.

Marketing

We recommend that you list your villa on the short-term rental market in accordance with our marketing strategy. This will give you an opportunity to maximise your potential and ensure a steady stream of high-quality guests who will stay with you and leave positive reviews after returning home.

Maintenance

We will take care of all minor repairs and regular maintenance. We will sign a special rental management contract that will specify our obligations, the limits of our interventions, and our fees.
